A. INVITATION LETTER FOR MONGOLIAN VISA

Then if you need to get Mongolian Visa, you should apply us for your visa support invitation letter. To get the invitation, you must give us your personal information by filling our Invitation Request Form, and send the filled form to us.
We will send you the confirmation within 24 hours, subject to service availability.

Service types:

a. We fax the invitation back to you so that you can go to the Mongolian Consulate or Embassy in your country.

b. We will apply for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mongolia and fax the invitation to the Mongolian consulate or Embassy where you are applying.

c. We arrange to getting your visa at the Mongolian Airport upon your arrival.

This kind of visa issuing is concerned with visitors who are citizen of state where Mongolian Embassy or Honorary Consulate of Mongolia doesn’t have and not possible to apply Mongolian visa.

Secondly, if your arrival in Mongolia is too urgent, don’t have a time to apply visa for Mongolian Embassy in your country, it is possible to get visa upon your arrival.

In order to get visa upon your arrival at Mongolian International
border point in Mongolia. First of all, must to get permission from Immigration Agency of Mongolia. If Immigration Agency permits your visa issuing, it is available to get visa at the border point.

To issue invitation letter permission from the Immigration Agency,
as following information needs:

• Scanned copy of passport
• Company address with tel. number where you are working
• Home address
• Hotel or hostel name where you stay in Mongolia
• Entry date to Mongolia with flight number
• Exit date from Mongolia with flight

B. INVITATION LETTER FOR RUSSIAN VISA
This is an official document issued by Russian Travel Company and licensed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, inviting you to visit Russia as a tourist.
You need two different official documents:

• First one is the confirmation of the official invitation from the registered company
• Second one is a hotel voucher, because tourist needs to have pre-booked accommodation

To get the invitation, you must give us your personal information by filling our Invitation Request Form, and send the filled form to us.
We will send you the confirmation within 24 hours, subject to service availability.

Once you get the letter of invitation from us, please fill Mongolian visa application form and come to the nearest Russian embassy.

D. CHINESE RE-ENTRY VISA ARRANGEMENT

You can get Chinese entry visa from Chinese Embassy in Mongolia. All you need is your passport, 1 passport sized photograph.

Normally it takes a week to get the visas issued but there is an urgent service to get your visa within one day with appreciates additional costs. We can apply for the visa on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30-12.00.
