If you have any reason of canceling your booked flights, you should let us know immediately. Once you told us about your cancellation, you don’t need to pay some charges.

But we will get the charges for dismissing sold tickets, under the regulations of the airline company.

For to change name and date of your booked flight, you should pay some payments in some cases. If you are group tourists you cannot cancel your flight tickets.

Also you cannot expose our ticket price.

When you are purchasing your tickets from the "Solid Ways Travel Agency" and want that your tickets are delivered to your door, you have the following choices of delivery. All you need is to make right selection among the 3 types of delivery service.

Delivery service #1: We can deliver the tickets to your home address by DHL. If you choose this kind of delivery, you will get your tickets within 7 working days. In other hand DHL delivers the tickets in most countries in 7 working days, but it takes more time for delivering to remote areas. But it's fastest and reliable way to get your tickets on your hands, and in this case some little additional charged will be added. Although it doesn't matter often, if you do not receive them within 7 working days, please contact us again.

Delivery service #2: If you want pick up your booked tickets when you are staying in a hotel/hostel in Beijing /Ulaanbaatar/ Irkutsk, just send us the postal address of that hotel or tell us where you intend to stay and we will send your tickets through that mail address or we will give them to you by ourselves through hotel/hostel address. But if you still don't plan where you are staying we can help you. Please contact us by quick mail, or get more detailed information from our site.

Delivery information #3: Also you can get your booked tickets from our offices which are located in Beijing, Ulaanbaatar and Irkutsk upon your arrival, just getting to the office by yourselves, if you want.

Please Note:

• We can send the tickets of Mongolian airline companies such as MIAT, Aero Mongolia and the tickets of the airline companies that have the branch offices in Mongolia such as Korean air, Air China and Aeroflot etc., by DHL to the booked destination/ to your door rapidly and reliably.

• We can send the tickets that can issue outside Mongolia (the tickets of the company that haven't got any branch in Mongolia) by your mail address or get them by your hotel/hostel address where you are staying in or you can pick them up by yourself upon your arrival from our main offices that are located in Ulaanbaatar, Beijing and Irkutsk.
