If you have any reason of canceling your booked flights, you should let us know immediately. Once you told us about your cancellation, you don’t need to pay some charges.

But we will get the charges for dismissing sold tickets, under the regulations of the airline company.

For to change name and date of your booked flight, you should pay some payments in some cases. If you are group tourists you cannot cancel your flight tickets.

Before Flight

• You should arrive at the airport 2 or 2.30 hours before the flight. Whenever flying will be, don't come at the airport on the last few minutes, because it will be difficult to get another plane if you miss your scheduled flight.
  
  
• If there is something that is fragile in your luggage or you think you need to pack it well, you should get a luggage packing service of the airport.
  
  
• Check whether the ticket fee includes airport tax, if it doesn't include you must pay the tax to the cashier of "Airport departure tax section". This type of tax varies depending on countries, for instance, In Mongolia it amounts 15.500 mongolian tugrugs or US$13, in China it amounts 90 yuans or US$11 and in Russia US$11 for international flights.
  
  
• Depending on the airplane type, there is few kinds of the luggage weight allowance for transporting without any charge. It varies country by country.
  
  
• In Mongolia free baggage allowance for checked baggage is 20-40 kg for first class passenger, 15-30 kg for business class passenger and 10-20 kg for passenger with ordinary ticket. And for carry on baggage allowance is 5 kg for every passenger.
  
  
• In China, free baggage allowance for baggage 30 kg for a first class passenger (checked and carry-on baggage); 20 kg for economy class passenger and no free luggage allowance for people who hold infant tickets. The carry-on baggage allowances are: each first-class passenger is entitled to have two pieces of carry-on luggage; each business-class passenger is entitled to have one piece of carry-on luggage; each economy-class passenger is entitled to have one pieces of carry-on luggage. The size of each carry-on luggage should be smaller than 20 X 40 X 55 centimeter and total weight should be less than 5 kg.
  
  
• In Russia, free baggage allowance for checked and unchecked baggage is 40 kg for first class passengers, 30 kg in business class and 20 kg in economy class. The charge for excess baggage per kilo amounts to 1 percent of the direct first class one-way fare.
  
  
• When you are checking in you need your passport and the tickets of your flight. So keep it close to your hand.
  
  
• If you want to get a window seat, tell it to the officer of the airport while you're checking-in.
  
  
• After you've checked and passed by the immigration, check the gate number and boarding time from your boarding pass and go through your gate.
  
  

• During the long flight employees offer you many kinds of foods that you can eat, so choose your favorite one and have a good meal, but besides this avoid of eating some kind of foods that produce gas such as onions, radish, beans, etc and some beverages such as beer, drinks with gas are might be the cause of stomach.
  
  
• Prepare the small bag holds your useful belongings /your personal useful things/ such as all toiletries, medication or at least a toothbrush and toothpaste etc can be used during the long flight because your luggage won't be with you while you are in the airplane passenger cabin. So don't forget keeping your important little items in that small bag. But napkins, paper cups and stuff like that are available in the toilets.
  
  
• Bring a good book or something to read. Airlines keep you busy with food and entertained with movies and other films, but there might be lot of time to get bored. So read your favorite book or something interesting and enjoy your flight.
  
  

• You should check if your all luggage is checked out.

• After leaving the airplane you might face another one problem. Almost all of the drivers of the taxi in Mongolia, Russia and China don't speak English. In this case you should ask whether the driver speaks English or you need maps.
  
  
• If you get a taxi with a driver who can't speaks English, you can't tell where you are going. For to avoid from this case you must write down the address and the name of the hotel that you are staying in, by the language of that country on the piece of paper, before the flight.
