GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION
Please fill in the form (your Mongolia Luxury Travel consultant will either send you a form or give you a link to a form, which is to be filled up with all necessary information for the tour reservation) and forward it to your travel consultant. Further instructions will be provided accordingly.
Tour prices
Tour price is quoted/given per person based on double/twin occupancy, unless otherwise stated. Our exclusive Mongolia tour services are sold as a package – no break down costs for tour components will be provided by Mongolia Luxury Travel. All prices given are based on availability.
Deposits & Payments
25% of the total tour amount plus any additional flight/train fares if applicable, is required in order to confirm all tour services. Balance payment is due 60 days prior to international departure. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) or bank transfers.
Refunds
Deposits are refundable less a USD 500 per person admission fee up to 60 days prior to the date that tour starts on. Within 60 days of departure, deposits are non-refundable. Therefore, obtaining a travel insurance is recommended. Cancellations are subject to the following penalties of the full tour price:
* Between 60-31 days of scheduled tour departure: 50% penalty
* 30 days or less of scheduled tour departure: 100% penalty
* Any penalties and/or fees imposed by airlines will be added to the penalties outlined above
No partial refund will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips or trek arrangements for any reason whatsoever. Tour price is quoted as a package and credit are not given for unused services.
Visas
Unless otherwise specified, Mongolia Luxury Travel tours include visa authorisation and processing fees for visa upon arrival in Mongolia at the airport/border ports. In a few cases, you might be asked to obtain your Mongolia visa from the Mongolian Embassy/Consulate in your residing country.
Visa applications will be provided upon receipt of tour deposit. Passports must be valid for min 6 months after the date that travel starts and must have 1-2 pages to accommodate any necessary visas. For further information please consult your Mongolia Luxury Travel consultant.
Terms & Conditions
A complete tour contract will be sent upon receipt of deposit. The contract outlines all terms and conditions pertaining to the booking, and must be signed and returned to Mongolia Luxury Travel no later than 60 days prior to the scheduled tour departure date.
Documents
Following tour full payment, final travel documents will be forwarded to you at a maximum of two weeks prior to your departure from home.

The Naadam festival is the biggest celebration of test of courage, strength, dexterity, and marksmanship of Mongol nomads. Naadam takes place on 11-12 July and features "Three Manly Sports": wrestling, horse racing and archery. 
This month's featured accommodation is Steppe Nomads tourist ger camp in serene Gun-Galuut Nature Reserve, only 2hr drive from Ulaanbaatar. The nomadic style eco camp offers 24 roomy and comfortable Mongolian gers, along with tasty dishes and a good range of wine and a great range of activities.
